Foam Insert Installation

  1. Place the protective case on a stable work surface and open the lid
  2. Remove the pre-cut foam insert and place it into the case according to shape
  3. Place equipment into corresponding cavities, ensuring a tight fit
  4. Close the lid and check that latches are securely fastened
  5. If loose, adjust foam position or add padding

Panel Installation Method

  1. Determine panel installation position on the inside of the lid
  2. Use template to mark mounting hole positions
  3. Cut holes with appropriate tools, paying attention to hole sizes
  4. Install panel mounting brackets and sealing gaskets
  5. Connect internal wiring and test functionality

Cleaning

Common questions about product use, maintenance, and customization

Gently wipe the seal surface with water and neutral cleaner to remove dust and dirt. After cleaning, apply a small amount of silicone oil (or petroleum jelly) to maintain elasticity and sealing performance. Avoid oily solvents or strong acids/alkalis.

The automatic pressure relief valve is a one-way pressure balancing device. When the pressure difference between inside and outside exceeds the set value (usually caused by altitude or temperature changes), the valve automatically opens to release excess internal pressure, preventing the seal from being pushed open. After pressure equalization, the valve closes automatically to maintain the seal.

Please provide: 1) Exact equipment dimensions (L x W x H); 2) Equipment quantity and layout requirements; 3) Preferred insert type (EVA/PU/Wave/Grid); 4) Whether accessory space is needed. We recommend providing equipment photos or drawings for optimal design.

Our cases pass standard drop tests, withstanding 1-meter free fall onto concrete without cracking. Optimized wall thickness and reinforced corner structures absorb impact energy. For higher impact requirements, choose thicker models or custom reinforcement solutions.

Signs the seal needs replacement: 1) Seal becomes hard, cracked, or loses elasticity; 2) Case doesn't feel properly sealed when closed; 3) Water ingress during waterproof testing. Normal lifespan is about 2-3 years. We recommend annual inspection. Replacement is simple and can be done yourself or contact our after-sales service.
